Life holds many challenges. Some of which have the potential to leave us exhausted, frustrated, and sometimes demoralised. Struggling through on your own can leave you battered, bruised, feeling isolated, and all too regularly, no better off. During these times, professional assistance through psychological counselling can help ease the burden through sharing the load and working together to find a better way. This has been my story over many years and I believe it can be yours. Please, reach out and make contact.

  • Originally from rural Victoria, I moved to Melbourne to pursue a fledgling football career in the VFL/AFL. When this didn’t quite go as planned, I followed my other passion, working with young people. This took the form of teaching in the secondary school system across several schools in Melbourne and proved to be a vocation I loved and explored for over 20 years. Transitioning to psychology was motivated by my time in schools where I was engaged to work with young people, families, and teachers who were facing various challenges. Retraining as a mature age Psychologist was demanding, particularly when juggling family commitments and the pressures of everyday life, however, it has provided me with a broad set of skills and experiences that help shape and direct my practice and engagement with clients each and every day.
